In accordance with applicable public disclosure, access-to-information, environmental, and data protection laws and regulations across the jurisdictions in which USK operates, this portal supports transparency, accountability, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

The documents published here may include, but are not limited to, environmental and social impact assessments, water use licensing, mining rights and mining permit applications, public participation records, notices, regulatory submissions, approvals, and supporting technical documentation. These materials are made available to inform Interested and Affected Parties (I&APs), regulators, stakeholders, and members of the public throughout the lifecycle of each project.
